Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel ongoing services or subscriptions by contacting support@involvedinnovation.com. Cancellation terms are defined in individual service agreements.

Notice Period

For ongoing services and subscriptions, we typically require a 30-day notice period for cancellation. This allows us to properly transition work and ensure there is no disruption to your business operations.

Project Cancellations

For fixed-scope projects, cancellation terms depend on the stage of development:

  • Before work begins: Full refund available minus any deposit fees
  • During development: Payment required for work completed to date
  • After completion: No refunds available for completed work

How to Cancel

To cancel services, please email support@involvedinnovation.com with:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Service or project details
  • Requested cancellation date
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

We will respond to cancellation requests within 1-2 business days and provide confirmation along with any relevant information about final billing or transitions.
