Upon full payment for services, clients receive ownership of the custom software developed specifically for them. However, we retain ownership of any pre-existing code, libraries, frameworks, or tools used in development.

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose any proprietary information without explicit permission, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Involved Innovation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

We strive to deliver high-quality software services. However, services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
